Additional information for the weekly rides can be found on the Events Calendar page or on Facebook. Most operate only when DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME is in effect. The number of people at each ride can and does vary greatly. All rides are at-your-own risk as to weather, and if there is enough sunlight to finish the ride (so bring your bike lights because they might be necessary). Helmets are required.
All events are tentative and subject to change. Check with the ride leader and on the KVBC Facebook page for the most current information. Emailing the ride leader to confirm details is always a good idea.
MY PACE MONDAY – Entry Level to Intermediate

OL’ PHOGEY RIDE – Intermediate

TUESDAY TRAINING RIDE – Moderate Group & Advanced Group

How: Join us each Tuesday as we work to improve cycling endurance and techniques for those interested in longer single and multiple day rides. Rides will explore the hills around southwest Topeka. Current distance will be 20 miles or less. Moderate and advanced paced options are available; participants should be able to average +\- 15 mph while riding on a level surface. Starting point is the former Davita Dialysis parking lot at SW 37th & Wanamaker.
Pace: 16+ mph average for the fast group; 12-15 mph for the moderate group.
NIGHT LIGHT RIDE – All Rider Levels

How: Beginning September 23, 2025 at 6:10 pm and continuing every Tuesday evening (subject to weather) through March 2026, join us for the Night Light Ride. This will be a casual-paced ride through the city, as we explore neighborhoods and check out seasonal decorations through the fall and winter. Random stops for ice cream or hot chocolate may occur, depending on temperatures. Expected distances around 15 to 20 miles. All rider levels are welcome, but front and rear lights are required.

WEDNESDAY SLOW ROLL – Beginner/Intermediate
Where: Washburn Parking Lot SW 20th & MacVicar
When: Wednesday evenings at 6:10pm (starting May 7). Check the events calendar for start/end dates.
